RESEARCH &

DEVELOPMENT

We work to develop the vision and theme of each collection through in-depth trend analysis and market research, presenting clients with inspiration, mood boards, and curated seasonal fabrics. Our team designs full collections starting from concept, fabric choices, original print design, style development, and innovation, tailored to the client’s unique needs and aesthetic. Our talented team can create detailed CADs, line sheets, and look books.

DESIGN &

PRODUCTION

Our design and production process is always focused on our clients' needs, incorporating the development of original prints, graphics, and embroideries when requested, using both digital and hand-drawn techniques. Keeping our clients' vision in mind, we meticulously prepare detailed tech packs and graded specs. We source fabrics and trims, cultivate strong relationships with factories for seamless communication, and maintain strict production calendars. Our team expertly manages costing and price negotiations to ensure optimal value without compromising quality. We establish lead times and ensure timelines are met. Throughout the production cycle, we manage your product from the first prototype through to the final top of production (TOP), guaranteeing every piece meets our high standards and client expectations with on-time delivery.

PACKAGING &

PROCUREMENT

We provide packaging design and procurement as needed, such as creating a branded layette box. Our services include managing hang tag information, which encompasses barcoding, SKU details, style numbers, illustrations, and design. Additionally, we oversee the shipping and coordination of the final delivery of goods to the warehouse. Our team also manages the creative direction and organization of branded photoshoots, along with flat lay web images. Once everything is in place, it's time to start selling!
